Thomas Fuller is an accomplished Software Engineer. Thomas has extensive professional experience building and maintaining high-performance and mission-critical products with C++, Python, Typescript, React, and SQL.
Thomas spent 5 years at Meta, where he drove the development of network simulation and capacity planning tools for Meta's AI and backbone infrastructure. He built high-performance C++ services handling millions of daily requests, designed discrete-event simulators that shaped AI training cluster network topology decisions, and created risk management systems that kept the world's largest distributed network running reliably. His work bridged deep technical challenges with strategic business needs, collaborating across network engineering, data science, and leadership to deliver solutions that directly impacted Meta's infrastructure planning and operations.
Thomas holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington Seattle's Allen School of Computer Science.
Thomas lives in the SF Bay Area, California.
